True Zen

It’s not a race
The finish isn’t the goal
The journey is the end
And the beginning
The Tao says the walls
Of a house are only important
To create the empty space
Where life can happen
To keep out the weather
Is important, but without
The empty space
A house would be a rock
Life and Love are the same
The beginning and end
Exist only to create
The marvelous middle
To put focus on destinations
Loses sight of the now
Being present
Is all that really matters
It’s not a race
The finish is not the goal
Our journey is the end
And the beginning
